Coastal Orthopedics is a sports medicine, orthopedics, research trial and pain management company based in Bradenton, Florida. It operates offices in west Bradenton, East Manatee, Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota; and works with athletes from the Pittsburgh Pirates, U.S. Soccer, IMG Academy and the Gatorade Sports Science Institute. In 2013 it announced plans to build a three-story office building east of downtown Bradenton next to the Bradenton Herald Building.
